RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We only allow exchanges or returns due to damaged or incorrect deliveries or issue a refund in the form of store credits upon approval of returned items.

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All sales are final after the 7-day return period policy.
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be with its original tags and packaging, unused and in the same condition that it was delivered.
To facilitate the return process, please email hello@gibostudios.com with the full details of the reason for return and your order number as proof of purchase.
Please do not send the item/s back unless authorized. Please allow us up to 7 days to respond and process your request for return/refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Customer may return the item using any method of their choice. However, to ensure safe and documented delivery, we recommend using a traceable delivery service. We will not be responsible for tracking your return shipment, for any taxes incurred, or for missing incoming deliveries.

REFUND

Once your return has been received, we will send you an email updating you of its status.
After inspection and quality disposition approval, you will receive an email containing your refund in the form of store credits. Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your refund. Unfortunately, due to the costs of handling, processing, and payments, we cannot issue cash refunds for returns. Original cost of shipping cannot be refunded.
You may use the store credit for any purchase from our online store.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (i.e. swap to a different color), please email us at hello@gibostudios.com.
Gibo Studios reserves the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our returns, refund, and exchange policy.
