_How do I place an order?
Official purchases can only be made through www.gibostudios.com. To order, select your preferred item, its corresponding color, and quantity then click Add to Cart. To finalize your orders, proceed to Checkout.

_Do you accept international orders?
Yes! We now ship to the following destinations:

In light of the current CoVid-19 situation, deliveries in Metro Manila may take 3-5 days while provincial deliveries may take 1-2 weeks after payment has been settled. For international deliveries, standard shipping may take 2-4 weeks while express shipping may take 3-5 days, depending on the Covid-19 restrictions of the country of destination. A confirmation email will be sent once order has been shipped out.

Yes, we can do same-day deliveries in Metro Manila. You can select this option during checkout. Order must be settled before 2:00 p.m. and customer will book their own preferred pickup service.

_Do you also do pickup or meetups?
We do! However, in light of our current CoVid-19 situation, we can only do meetups for our customers in Albay on Wednesdays, between 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. You can select this option during checkout and we'll send you the details. Please note that there will be a reduced service fee for this option.

_What are the accepted payment methods?
The following options are available:
a. Paypal
b. Bank Deposit / Online Bank Transfer through BDO and BPI
c. GCash and PayMaya

Please note that we only accept one (1) form of payment per order. We currently do not accept COD in light of the current CoVid-19 situation.

_Where are your products made?
All of our products are proudly and locally handcrafted in the Bicol Region. Meet one of our creative artisans, here.

_Are all products on-hand? How often do you restock?
All our products are on-hand and ready to ship. However, our pieces are also limited to ensure that each one will find its owner, allowing us to remain sustainable and to minimize our waste.
